Jaycee Brill

Founder and CEO

Jaycee Brill is a writer and producer based in New York City. Her work has received international recognition, including awards from the Art Giraffe Film Festival (Nice), the Los Angeles Comedy Film Festival, and the Big Apple Film Festival for her dramatic comedy pilot.

She then founded Brilliance Productions to amplify original stories — both her own and those of underrepresented voices.

Jaycee's work explores the nuances of the human experience, often focusing on themes of mental health. This is reflected in projects like her pilot Group Therapy and the short film Free Will, both of which center complex emotional landscapes with humor and empathy.

When she is not writing and making pitch decks, you can find her in the audience of a comedy show, at the dog park with her staffy, or on her couch mindlessly scrolling on Tiktok.

Ben Friedman

President of Physical Production

Ben graduated from Tulane University in 2023 with a double major in Management, Film Studies, and a minor in Marketing. While in New Orleans for four years, Ben worked production as an assistant at a production company, a PA, and an ALM. Further, Ben has experience in acquisition and distributions at two different independent film sales agencies in Los Angeles. He also worked as the Real Estate Coordinator for Backlot, a film location management service. Ben joins Brilliance Productions in August of 2025 as the President of Physical Production.

When Ben is not working, he enjoys to ski, play tennis, and travel.
